TheFlightWall Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below to determine which return process applies to you.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a broken item, or if your product becomes defective shortly after use, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- Eligibility: You may return damaged or broken items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Shipping Cost: Free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Resolution: You may choose a full refund or a replacement item.
- Covered: Damaged screens, lack of power, no wifi broadcasted.
2. Standard Returns (Functional Items)
If you simply changed your mind or the item isn't quite what you expected, you may still return it provided it is in working condition.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be fully functional and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Cost: Customer pays $10 flate rate. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (or deducted from the refund amount).
3. Package says delivered.
If your package says delivered and it is not there you have 2 weeks to report it to us.

- Return Address: Items must be returned to the correct regional return address (UK, Germany, or France) We will supply this address in the response email when you reach out to our contact email found below.
- Resolution: You may choose a full refund or a replacement item.

Regarding the refunded costs and process involved please reach out to our team at: contact@theflightwall.com with photos and they would be happy to help on a case by case basis.
2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind / Functional Items)
If you simply changed your mind or the item isn't quite what you expected, you may still return it provided it is in working condition.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be fully functional and returned in its original packaging.
- Return Address: Items must be returned to the correct regional return address (UK, Germany, or France). We will supply this address in the response email when you reach out to our contact email found below.

Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee: A $10 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. (about 8.5 euro) -
Refund Includes: Device cost and any VAT fees associated with the order, minus the $10 USD (converted to the purchasing currency) restocking fee.
3. Package Marked as Delivered
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must report it to us within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To initiate your return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@theflightwall.com
- Provide Details: Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., “Arrived Broken” or “Changed Mind”).

Receive Label:
- If the item is broken, we will email you a free prepaid shipping label.
- If the item is functional, you will receive instructions on how to ship the package back to us.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed.
