TheFlightWall Warranty

6-Month Hardware Warranty

TheFlightWall devices include a 6-month limited hardware warranty from the date your order is delivered.

If your device develops a physical hardware issue during normal use within 6 months of delivery, we will make it right by sending a replacement device.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers physical hardware defects that prevent the device from working properly, including:

  • Broken or defective LED display
  • Power-related hardware failure
  • Internal hardware failure
  • Other physical device defects caused by normal operation

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or misuse
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Tampering, modification, or attempted repair
  • Software, app, account, setup, or local WiFi connection issues
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen devices

Software, setup, account, or local WiFi connection issues are not covered by this hardware warranty, but our support team will still help troubleshoot them.

How to Request a Warranty Replacement

To request a warranty replacement, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

Once we review the request, we will confirm whether the issue is covered under the warranty. If approved, we will send a replacement device.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective device before or after a replacement is sent.

Replacement Shipping

Approved warranty replacements are shipped at no cost to the customer where available. International replacements may be handled case by case.

Warranty Limits

This warranty allows one replacement per original device purchase.

This warranty applies only to TheFlightWall devices purchased directly from TheFlightWall or an authorized sales channel.

Relationship to Returns

This warranty is separate from our return policy. Returns, refunds, and damaged-on-arrival claims are handled under our Return Policy.

Consumer Rights

This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
